# Bảo hành

## Dưới đây là các bước để tạo 1 phiếu bảo hành.

### **Bước 1: Chọn mục Sản phẩm -> Bảo hành -> Tạo mới**

Nhập vào ô tìm kiếm mã đơn mà bạn muốn tạo phiếu bảo hành.&#x20;

**Lưu ý:** Đơn đó **phải là** đơn có trạng thái **"đã nhận".**

### **Bước 2: Nhập thông tin bảo hành**

Kiểm tra đơn hàng, **sản phẩm** và **số lượng** trước khi xác nhận bảo hành.

* **Chính sách bảo hành:** Là chương trình bảo hành đi cùng với sản phẩm, do shop tự cấu hình và **tùy chỉnh trong mục cấu hình**. Mô tả như hình bên dưới

Nếu sản phẩm thuộc một trong trong các **Chính sách bảo hành** thì **Thời gian bảo hành** sẽ hiển thị khoảng thời gian từ lúc mua đến lúc kết thúc bảo hành của sản phẩm.

Bạn có thể tùy chỉnh phí bảo hành của từng sản phẩm, ghi chú cho từng sản phẩm hoặc chung cả phiếu.
